ZIPPY GARLICKY BRUSCHETTA Garlic Pepper Seasoning
½ baguette French bread (about 2” diameter)
3 large ripe tomatoes
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon Garlic Pepper Seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh cilantro leaves.
1. Chop the tomatoes and mix them with the salt and Garlic Pepper Seasoning.
2. Split the bread lengthwise and drizzle with the oil. Broil the bread until it is crisp, about 2 minutes.
3. Top with the tomato mixture and sprinkle with the cilantro leaves. Cut into 1” slices and serve warm.
