TURKEY BURGERS, Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning
1 ¼ pounds fresh ground turkey
1 egg white
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 to 3 tablespoons Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning (depending on the amount of heat you may like)
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well incorporated. Form into patties.
2. Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat, spray with cooking spray or lightly oil surface of the skillet to prevent sticking. Cook burgers 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until juices run clear.
