SWEET BELL PEPPER & SUNDRIED TOMATO SPREAD Sweet Bell Pepper
Makes 1 ½ cups

4 tablespoons Sweet Bell Pepper Seasoning
¾ cup Sundried Tomatoes, sliced or diced
½ cup EVOO
½ cup Water
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1. Mix all ingredients together and let stand for ½ hour or more for flavors to develop. Serve with fresh crusty bread, cheese and crackers or cold meats. Warm and toss with pasta or rice. Use as a base for a sauce.
2. Will keep refrigerated and covered for about 2 weeks.
