STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE (w) FIG BALSAMIC WHIPPED CREAM Fig Balsamic Vinegar
1 pound fresh strawberries
4 ounces heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons Fig Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
4 miniature angel food cake bowls
1. Rinse the strawberries in cool water and cut off the tops. Cut strawberries in half.
2. Place the heavy whipping cream, sugar and Fig Balsamic Vinegar into a metal mixing bowl. Using a mixer, whisk until the whipped cream has stiff peaks.
3. Plate the angel food cake. Top with the Fig Balsamic whipped cream and then add the strawberries. Finish off the plate by adding a drizzle Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
