SPINACH DIP Spinach Seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
6 ounces sliced water chestnuts, drained & chopped
6 tablespoons Spinach Seasoning
1 small red onion or medium white onion, finely chopped
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended.
2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, add more seasoning if needed.
3. Serve with your favorite crackers or tortilla chip.
Note: Add thawed frozen spinach (10 ounce package) that has been drained and as much moisture as possible removed, or, a 7.75 ounce can spinach that has been well drained.
To double recipe: Double the mayonnaise, sour cream and Spinach Seasoning. Add additional water chestnuts, onion and spinach as desired.
