PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED FIGS (w) GOAT CHEESE Wicked Good Pepper
12 fresh figs
4 ounces goat cheese
1 tablespoon Wicked Good Pepper
¼ pound thinly sliced prosciutto
1. Remove stems from the figs and slice in half lengthwise.
2. Spread with goat cheese and sprinkle with Wicked Good Pepper.
3. Wrap each half fig with the prosciutto. Place the wrapped figs on a baking sheet, cut side up and place under the broiler until the prosciutto start to sizzle, about 4 to 5 minutes. Serve warm.
