PESTO TURKEY & PASTA Sundried Tomato Seasoning & Pesto
3 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast, about ¾ pound
½ cup coarsely chopped red bell peppers
½ cup Sundried Tomato Seasoning & Pesto
⅓ cup EVOO
½ cup water
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1. Prepare Sundried Tomato Seasoning & Pesto according to package directions; set aside.
2. Cook pasta as directed on package in 3 quart saucepan. Drain.
3. Mix hot cooked pasta, turkey, red bell peppers, and pesto in same saucepan. Heat over low heat stirring constantly, until hot.
NOTE: This recipe is also excellent as a cold salad.
