PARMESAN ROASTED ASPARAGUS Wicked Good Salt
1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
2. Lay asparagus in a single layer on a large baking sheet
3. Drizzle with EVOO and sprinkle with Wicked Good Salt and pepper.
4. Roast 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven for another minute.
5. Serve with lemon wedges.
