MUSHROOM & ZUCCHINI ORZO Traditional Italian Seasoning
1 cup uncooked orzo
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced zucchini
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Traditional Italian Seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1. Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
2. While orzo cooks, place butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, zucchini, and Traditional Italian Seasoning; sauté 6 minutes or until tender and browned.
3. Combine orzo and mushroom mixture, in a large bowl, tossing gently.
4. Salt & pepper to taste.
