MULLED RED WINE Summer Berry Slush Mix

1 bottle red wine
1 orange, sliced into rounds
8 whole cloves
1/8 tsp star anise extract or 2 whole star anise
4-5 TBS Summer Berry Slush Mix
1/4 cup Brandy or Bourbon

1. Place all ingredients into a medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer over low/medium heat. Simmer about 8-10 or until steaming. Avoid letting the liquid bubble to retain alcohol in wine.
2. Ladle into pre-warmed glasses (to prevent cracking) and garish with some fruit.

*Slow cooker instructions: please all ingredients into a slow cooker and place on low for 2-3 hours or until liquid is steaming.
