MEXICALI CHEESE DIP Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning
4 tablespoons Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning
16 ounces of melt-able, processed cheese, diced
10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add diced cheese, drained tomatoes and the Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and heat an additional 2 minutes on high. Stir once again to combine.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crisp vegetables.
