MAHI-MAHI with DILL SAUCE Salmon Grilling Rub
1 pound Mahi-Mahi- filets
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Salmon Grilling Rub
2 cups sliced mushrooms
Fresh cracked pepper to taste
1 fresh lemon, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 400˚F. Arrange fish in a single layer in a glass baking dish.
2. Blend mayonnaise and Salmon Grilling Rub in a small bowl. When well blended, spread evenly over fish filets. Top with mushrooms and fresh cracked pepper. Bake 15 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
3. Top with green onions and lemon slices before serving.
Note: Good with other types of mild fish; Orange Roughy, Pollack or Cod.
