JALAPENO SLAW Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning
8 ounces red cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped
8 ounces green cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped
2 tablespoons Jalapeno & Cilantro Seasoning
4 tablespoons mayo
4 tablespoons sour cream
2 to 3 teaspoons fresh squeezed lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Place chopped cabbage in a medium bowl. In a small bowl mix together the mayo; sour cream, lime juice and Jalapeno & Cilantro Seasoning until well blended. Pour over chopped cabbage and refrigerate for one hour.
Note: A 16 ounce bag of coleslaw mix can be used instead of cabbage.
