HOT ITALIAN CHEESE SANDWICH Mediterranean Herb Oil
Serves 3 – 4 Oven at Broil
1 French loaf, if possible a baguette
4 tablespoons Mediterranean Herb Oil
12 very thin slices of prosciutto or ham
3 large tomatoes, very thinly sliced
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cut the bread in half lengthwise and set both halves on a baking sheet. Drizzle each half with the Mediterranean Herb Dipping Oil. Lay the slices of prosciutto or ham on top and then the thinly sliced tomatoes. Top with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
2. Broil until the cheese melts. Cut each half into 4 slices and serve at once.
