FETTUCINI WITH SMOKED SALMON Lemony Dill Seasoning
12 ounces fettuccini, cooked according to package directions
8 ounces sliced cold smoked salmon, cut into strips
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons Lemony Dill Seasoning, or to taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
1. Preheat oven to broiler.
2. Pour the cream into a heavy saucepan and boil to reduce by half. Add the smoked salmon, simmer for 1 minute to heat the salmon. Add the Lemon Dill Seasoning and freshly ground black pepper. Sample and add additional seasoning to taste.
3. Drain the cooked pasta, toss it with the salmon sauce and transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and brown briefly under the broiler.
