EASY SHRIMP PASTA Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning
1 pound frozen, cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp
1 pound angel hair pasta
1 stick (¼ lb.) butter
½ cup chicken broth
8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning or more to taste
¾ cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Place frozen cooked shrimp in a colander under cold running water until thawed. Drain well.
3. In a large frying pan, melt butter and add broth, mushrooms and Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning over medium-low heat. Do not Brown. Stir in shrimp and heat through, but do not overcook.
4. Drain pasta and stir into shrimp and sauce mixture. Top with fresh grated cheese.
