COUSCOUS Rosemary, Garlic & Herb Dipping Oil
3 ¾ cups water
3 cups whole wheat couscous
1 cup Rosemary, Garlic & Herb Oil
4 green onions, chopped
⅓ cup roasted almonds, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. In a large sauce pan bring salted water to a boil. Stir in couscous, remove from heat, cover and let stand 15 minutes.
2. Stir in Rosemary, Garlic & Herb Dipping Oil until it is distributed well. Salt & pepper to taste. Mix in chopped green onions.
Pour into a serving bowl and top with roasted almonds
