CHIPOTLE TURKEY AND SWISS SANDWICH Chipotle Seasoning
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Chipotle Seasoning
8 slices Italian style bread
1 pound thinly sliced roasted turkey
8 thin cut slices tomato
8 thin cut slices Swiss cheese
6 tablespoons butter, softened
1. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and Chipotle Seasoning. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
2. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
3. Spread butter on one side of four slices of bread and Chipotle Spread on the other side. Place butter side down on heated pan. On top of each slice of bread layer ¼ of the turkey, two slices of tomato and two slices Swiss cheese. Spread butter and Chipotle Spread on the remaining four slices of bread and place butter side up on sandwiches. When the bottoms of the sandwiches are golden brown, flip over and cook until golden on the other side.
Note: Any of our seasoning blends can be used in place of Chipotle.
