BURRITO BAKE Taco Seasoning
1 pound ground beef
16 ounce can refried beans
¼ cup chopped onion
3 to 4 tablespoons Adobo Seasoning
1 tube (8 ounce) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional toppings: chopped green pepper, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced ripe olives or chopped green onion.
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. In a large skillet, cook and crumble ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink: drain. Add beans, onion and Adobo Seasoning.
3. Unroll crescent roll dough. Press onto bottom and up the sides of a greased 13×9 inch baking dish; pinch to seal seams and perforations.
4. Spread beef mixture over the crust; sprinkle with cheeses. Bake, uncovered until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with toppings as desired.
