OVEN ROASTED POTATOES Rosemary & Basil Seasoned Sea Salt

Serves 4
4 cups potatoes, white or sweet potatoes, cut into ½ inch cubes
2½ tablespoons EVOO

1.      Pre heat oven to 425⁰ F
2.      In a large size bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well and place in an oven proof baking sheet.
3.      Bake, uncovered for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
