MANGO CHEESE BALL Mango & Fruit Seasoning
About 1½ cups
1-8 ounce block cream cheese
1 ripe mango, crushed almost to juice
3 tablespoons Mango Fruit Salsa Seasoning
1 teaspoon lime juice
1. Blend all ingredients together and form into a ball. Refrigerate until slightly firm. Roll in bacon bits, chopped nuts, crushed tortilla chips, or crushed pretzels. Serve with your favorite cracker, bread crisp, tortilla, or vanilla wafer.
Note: 1 cup drained crushed pineapple, papaya or peach may be substituted for mango or any combination of fruits.
