GREEK STYLE PORK CHOPS Greek Seasoning
Serves 4
4 Thick cut pork chops
½ cup bottled lemon juice
Greek Seasoning to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Marinate the pork chop overnight in a baking dish with enough lemon juice to go amount halfway up the chops. In the morning turn the pork chops over and marinate until ready to cook. Remove chops from lemon juice and very generously rub with the Greek Seasoning and salt & pepper to taste.
2. Cover baking dish and bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done.
