BEAN-AVOCADO GUACAMOLE Cannellini Beans

Makes about 5 cups

1 packageCannellini Beans (w) Herb Seasoning
1 cup red onions, minced
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 avocados, peeled & chopped
½ cup plum tomatoes, finely diced
1 teaspoon table salt

1. Prepare Cannellini Beans according to package directions. Let cool.
2. In a small bowl, combine onion and lime juice; let stand 15 minutes.
3. In a food processor, puree beans and avocados. Add the tomato, onion and salt, pulse until blended.
4. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve
