ARTICHOKE & TOMATO SALSA Black Bean Seasoning

About 4 cups

1 - 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 - 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
¾ cup chopped onion
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
4 tablespoons Black Bean Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a medium bowl: combine all the above ingredients. Chill to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
