HOW BEST TO USEBrush some on lamb, or any meat or chicken before cooking. Toss with chopped tomatoes, add a little salt and serve as a salad or to top bruschettas. Rub some on a pizza crust or tortilla, top with mozzarella cheese or crumbled feta cheese and bake at 425 F. till the cheese is melted and the crust is crisp. Serv hot.
