HOW BEST TO USE Drizzle or brush over any meat, chicken or fish. Great with game.  This is delicious, too tossed with onion, peppers or zucchini before you grill them.  Add 1/2 cup red wine to 1/4 cup finishing sauce and 1 teaspoon tomato paste and simmer for a few minutes to make a delicious accompanying sauce for meat or chicken.
