DESCRIPTION As a young girl in France, this is the dressing that I used to enjoy so much on my salad - It was the introduction to loving lettuce and all salads that I retain to this day.

HOW BEST TO USE Simply as a salad dressing. For a great Caesar dressing, use 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Lizzie's House Dressing, 1 teaspoon chopped garlic and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan. Whisk together and toss with romaine lettuce and croutons. Don't forget to add some anchovies if you like them.
